Terms and Conditions

By creating an account on Chopam the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the Platform. These terms apply to all users of Chopam, including visitors, registered users, and anyone who earns rewards through the Platform.

To use Chopam you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of Nigeria
• Have a valid Nigerian bank account in your name
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Have only one account — multiple accounts are strictly prohibited

Chopam allows users to earn naira by completing tasks provided by third-party offerwall networks including surveys, app installs, video views, and sign-up offers. You should be aware that:

• Earnings are credited to your pending balance first and subject to a verification hold period before becoming available
• Chopam takes a commission on each task completion before crediting your account
• Task availability varies and is controlled by third-party networks — Chopam does not guarantee the availability or number of tasks
• Earnings from tasks may be reversed if the advertiser determines the completion was fraudulent or invalid
• The minimum balance required for monthly payout is ₦2,000
• Payouts are processed on the 1st of each month to your registered Nigerian bank account
• Balances below ₦2,000 roll over to the following month

The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any pending earnings:

• Creating more than one account on any device, email address, or phone number
• Using VPNs, proxies, or any tool to disguise your location or device identity
• Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to complete tasks
• Providing false information when completing surveys or offers
• Attempting to manipulate, hack, or exploit any part of the Platform
• Sharing account access with any other person
• Using another person's identity or bank account details
• Completing tasks that your device or profile does not legitimately qualify for
• Abusing the referral system by referring fake or duplicate accounts

Chopam reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion if it detects or suspects fraudulent activity, violation of these terms, or any activity that may harm the Platform or its partners. Upon suspension, any pending or available balance may be forfeited. Chopam is not obligated to provide a reason for suspension.

Payouts are made via Paystack to your registered Nigerian bank account on the 1st of each month. You are responsible for providing accurate bank account details. Chopam is not liable for failed transfers caused by incorrect bank information provided by you. Paystack transaction fees may apply and will be deducted from the payout amount.

Bonus rewards such as the Telegram join bonus are promotional and may be withdrawn or modified at any time. Each bonus can only be claimed once per user. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through duplicate accounts will result in account suspension.

Tasks on Chopam are provided by third-party offerwall networks. Chopam is not responsible for the content, availability, or payout accuracy of third-party offers. Disputes regarding specific task completions should be raised with Chopam support and we will liaise with the relevant network on your behalf.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Chopam you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Chopam shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of earnings due to task reversals, network unavailability, or account suspension resulting from policy violations.

Chopam reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the Platform or via email.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from use of the Platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
