When will I receive my payout?
Payouts are processed on the 1st of every month. You need a minimum of ₦2,000 in your available balance to qualify. Balances below ₦2,000 roll over to the next month.
Why is my balance showing as pending?
Earnings go into a pending balance first for a verification period (0–14 days depending on the task value). This protects you and us against fraudulent reversals from advertisers. Once cleared, the amount moves to your available balance.
My task was completed but I didn't get credited. What do I do?
Join our Telegram group and send a message with your user ID, the task name, the network (e.g. AdGem, CPX Research), and the date of completion. We will investigate and resolve within 48 hours.
How do I update my bank details?
Go to Dashboard → Withdraw → update your bank name, account number and account name. Make sure the account name matches your bank records exactly.
Why was my account suspended?
Accounts are suspended for violating our Terms and Conditions — most commonly for multi-accounting, VPN usage, or completing tasks fraudulently. Join our Telegram group to appeal.
How does the referral bonus work?
Share your unique referral link from the Referrals page. When your friend signs up and stays active for 7 days, you automatically receive ₦200 in your available balance.
Can I withdraw just the Telegram bonus?
Yes — bonus balance is separate from your earned balance and can be withdrawn at any time with no minimum threshold.
